PuzzleForge

PuzzleForge is a platform that automatically generates new puzzles using LLMs. You don't have to come up with them all yourself: the platform makes them for you. We build PuzzleForge, host it and keep developing it. You can see it at puzzle-forge.app.

What PuzzleForge does

Making puzzles takes time. A platform that wants to offer something new every day needs a lot of content. PuzzleForge tackles this with large language models (LLMs). They help generate new puzzles, so the selection can keep growing without every puzzle being made by hand.

Why we do this ourselves

PuzzleForge is not a project that we build and then hand over. We keep the whole platform in our own hands, from code to server. This has a few advantages:

• We can improve things quickly, because we don't have to wait for anyone else.
• We know how every part fits together, from the application to the hosting.
• If something goes wrong, we find out why and fix it ourselves.

Building, hosting and developing

Building. We designed and built the platform ourselves, including the connection to the language models.

Hosting. PuzzleForge runs on infrastructure that we manage. That keeps it reliably available.

Developing. A platform is never finished. We keep trying out new ideas, fixing errors and improving the whole.
