Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my existing mail?
Yes. We move your mailboxes, calendars and contacts from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your current host, and switch your domain's DNS for you.
Do Word and Excel files work?
You open and edit them in Pen and Reken, and keep them in Kluis. If you need Microsoft's desktop apps, you can keep using them alongside Werkplek.
Where are the servers?
Your mail, calendars and files live on our own servers in EU data centres, at a European hosting company. The apps themselves run in Frankfurt.
Am I locked in?
No. You pay per month and can cancel any month. Thanks to open standards you can always take your data with you.
