Software for Breeders: breeder.cloud

We have launched breeder.cloud: our own software for breeders. With breeder.cloud, you manage your whole breeding programme in one place. That includes your animals and their pedigrees, matings and litters, medical records, waiting lists and buyers. You also get your own breeder website, which updates automatically as your data changes.

Why we built breeder.cloud

Keeping track of a breeding programme soon means working with separate spreadsheets, folders full of certificates and a separate website that you update by hand. Your data ends up in several places, and a new litter or a sold puppy has to be changed in each one. So we brought everything together on one platform. You enter something once, and it is correct everywhere.

What you can do with breeder.cloud

Animals and pedigree: record each animal's status, microchip number, pedigree registration, colour, DNA data, weight history and photos. The pedigree shows ancestry across several generations.
Matings and litters: plan matings, track heat cycles and ultrasounds, and see the expected due date straight away. You add puppies from a litter to your pedigree right away.
Waiting lists and contacts: manage interested buyers and their preferences, track deposits and assign candidates to a planned or born litter.
Medical records: store health tests, such as genetic, orthopaedic, eye and heart examinations, with the result and the certificate as a PDF.
Contracts and invoices: draw up sales contracts that both parties sign digitally. From a signed contract, you can create an invoice for the deposit or the remaining balance straight away.
Collaboration: work with several people in one organisation, with separate roles for each member.

breeder.cloud works for several species, including dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits and goats. For each species, the software uses the right terms and gestation periods, so your planning is accurate.

Your own breeder website

breeder.cloud comes with a complete website for your kennel or cattery. You build pages with text, photos, photo albums, certifications and a contact form. The website fills the overviews of your animals, females and males automatically with the data you already have in breeder.cloud. The website is bilingual, in Dutch and English.

You adjust colours, fonts and style in the website templates. A live preview shows you straight away how it looks and checks that text stays easy to read on the colours you choose. With a Plus subscription, you publish for free at your own address, such as kennelname.breeder.online, and you can also connect your own domain name. Messages sent through the contact form arrive directly in breeder.cloud, with protection against spam and bots.

Secure login

Your data is only for you and your team. You can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, including recovery codes in case you lose your phone. For developers, there is also a documented REST API.

Pricing

Free: up to 5 animals and 500 MB of storage, no credit card needed.
Plus: €19 per month or €190 per year. Unlimited animals, 10 GB of storage, your own breeder website and a free .breeder.online address.
Premium: €49 per month or €490 per year. Up to 5 organisations with 5 members each, digital sales contracts, invoices and unlimited storage (fair use).

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
